He went running today, Grindleford to Dore 4 mile 28 minutes all up Hill not bad for a 42 year old.

So you didn't give him the day off Howard. Thats really good running. He said you had doing some hard runs. Can't wait to come up there with you

Guys...Terry has asked me to thank u all for the happy birthdays and the nutty messages, made him smile !

His fight against Dolan, is off....again....well for now anyway, we are waiting on a call from Matchroom who are working so hard to finally get Dolan and Dunstan in the ring together !!!

And Larry, talk is cheap luvvie and U do an awful lot of it !!!
