I'd like to see Sprott versus Fury rather than this waste of time...

Sprott wins by KO.
Nice money for Sprott, but at this stage of Jones career he might end up seriously hurt.

RJJ in his prime is the best I've seen.............. but now I wish he'd just fcuk off (for his own sake), he's almost as delusional as (the also Great) Evander Holyfield.

Its not like many great boxers havent boxed past their primes look at Ray Robinson he was doing a tour of Europe way past his prime winning some losing some ultimately it never really did his legacy any harm the only thing i would say is if a fighter wants to do this fine.
They should try and put themselves in matches that will be competetive or winnable for their skills. Lets face it getting blown out in a round by Danny Green is doing nobody any favours.

This is a tricky one because one minute RJJ gets ironed out by Danny Green in 1 round then in his next fight he goes the distance with Hopkins. I think he has a few fights left but NOT at heavyweight.....that would be dangerous

I agree he needs to stop all this heavyweight talk its stupid. It depends what he is after really if he wants to win titles then he could still get an alphabelt if he focused himself in one division such as light heavy but he will get flattened eventually if he tries to operate in the higher echelons for too long.
If he wants money and to keep fighting for the love of it I have no objection to him taking fights like Lacey etc fighters in that vein good names but not what they once were and fights in which he can be competetive. I wouldnt object to him rematching Clinton Woods thats a level thats respectable but one i would be confident that he would aquit himself well at and through his name alone could earn a few bob putting bums on seats

True. And the saddest part of it is, Pascal is basically a poor man's Roy Jones, Jr. and a guy who has clearly moulded his whole style on a peak RJJ.

Doubt Jones would get licenced in the UK.
Didnt Robert Smith say "The likes of Jones and Holyfield are accidents waiting to happen and they won't happen over here"

If a 40 year old Tommy Hearns, slurring and forgetting where he was fighting all the time got licenced - then cannot see why Jones doesn't. Holyfield is 48 so that is less likely (seems in pretty good faculties though).
