I agree. Still cannot workout why Pacquiao vs Margorito is not part of the Haye PPV.

Williams vs Martinez 2 & Katsidis vs JM Marquez would be nice to.

Lopez vs Marquez may make me come in my pants.

There's so many exciting fights to look forward to -- which I take to be symptomatic of the idiocy of boxing's movers & shakers. No big fight for eleven months, then:

Lopez-Marquez

Marquez-Katsidis

Martinez-Williams II

Haye-Harrison

Khan-Maidana

Bradley-Alexander

All in what, eight weeks? Not complaining or nuffink because there's some bloody top-drawer guaranteed compelling viewing action there but it does boggle what's left of one's tiny mind when people who make vast livings from boxing cannot see that it's a bit silly to have no marquee match-ups for yonks & then set all the events on each other like dogs at the time of year when dosh is tightest. I mean, if you're a Septic (thankfully I'm not) you have to pony up PPV for all of these, I believe, which is going to come to what, well over a hundred quid?

Symptomatic of the fractured power structure of boxing, imo & another reason why I wish DLH would just flash that corporate smile & buy the lot of the rest of them out. Boxing fans bitch like feck about GoldenBoy & their practices & then in the next bloody sentence whine about the advantages conferred on the UFC by its promotional set-up & monopoly. Can't have one without t'other, say I, & at least dear old Oscar has been punched in the face more often than Bob Arum, which makes me think I'd rather it was him controlling boxing than some other leathery schmuck with the morals of Count Dracula & sixty years in the business of fleecing boxers, instead of just ten.

Spot the weak link of your marquee match ups.

Well, quite so.

But I'd still like to watch it, so that's why I wrote "compelling viewing action".

Whichever side of the fence one sits, seeing either Haye or Audley spattered across the canvas from a big cross would be worth the outlay, no?

what if we see Audley run away and cower for 3 rounds and quit on his stool??

I think the odds are that someone's going to get their block knocked off in this one, mate. One of these men has been levelled by one punch from Michael Sprott & the other got bounced off the canvas (however briefly) by Monte Barrett, so I'd feel safe wagering that someone's going to end up horizontal on the high-light reel...

Dunno mate. I thought it was more of a reflex thing that last left hook.

The Abraham one (& the Barrera one vs. Marquez, whislt we're talking flagrant & savage fouls) was a heavy, considered blow that Abraham lined right up on.

Anyways, I don't see David staying upright should he take the big left from Audrey. As MightyWarrior said on t'other thread: Harrison has the better chin of the two here.

Does a strong chin really help at Heavyweight. if you get caught flush by anyone over 200lbs your getting sparked.

Barrett & Abraham punches were exactly the same, if anything Barrets was worse as Haye had took heavy blows prior.

I have no idea, & can draw no conclusions from the careers of Ray Mercer, Vitali Klitschko, Oliver McCall & Evander Holyfield.

Bear in mind that a lot of Yanks tend to all chip in for the PPV and watch it at a mates, or watch it in a bar which is showing it.

We see Marquez pulling off the upset against Lopez, maybe even in shocking fashion:

Old man Johnson should beat Green on the undercard as well:

The small matter of Froch v Abraham is not a bad one either!!
