Ive heard a few world champs over the years and domestic level boxers have been partial to the odd salmon from time to time....Can anyone name a few who smoke....Bit irrelevant but ive always wondered which boxers are smokers and which arent.

i think i seem to recall Billy Smith saying in his BN piece earlier this year that Ernie had recently quit fags so sounds like he used to like an odd'n. I don't imagine any of them go at it much tho, altho I've read somewhere that Mayorga's been on a good packet or more a day at times.

Damn, that is dedication for you.

What's with weighing food though? Surely, Carl would be more interested in how many Calories are what he's eating, how much fat, sugar, salt, etc, rather than the weight of the food?

weighing the food helps you to more accurately determine how many calories you are eating per meal

Is it true that Loche would smoke on his stool between rounds?

That's probably my favourite boxing story ever, if it is actually true.

Exactly, it's no good knowing how much calories, carbs, protein, fat, sodium etc a food has per 100 grams if you don't actually know how much of that food you're consuming.

from the weight of the food you can judge the fat content, carbs, etc. whereas rough estimates ove r6 meals could have you far off
