it should be time for anderson to step up. maybe he needs pushed to get to the next level. he has been unlucky with injuries and call offs. he would certainly push gorgeous george.

Correct big Ped.
Heard from 3 people myself now in last 24 hours.
Should be an interesting clash of styles - and credit for fighting.

Great match up if it goes ahead.
It now makes the whole card a pretty strong one IMO.

Should this match go ahead Kenny Anderson will derail Groves, no question. He'll have to put in the performance of his life to beat Kenny- beating Adamu who was inactive, immobile and very lucky to get the verdict against Dilks is a whole world different to fighting an unbeaten, experienced puncher like Kenny. This fight will bring the best out in Kenny Anderson and he will be the guy everyone is talking about come sunday morning IMO. I've been a Groves fan all along up until now- but i'm a fan in spite of his weakenesses not because I feel he's unbeatable. Its going to be a top night.

Great fight, thank god James Obede Toney failed his medical!
This fight has just made this PPV interesting, might have to cave in and order now. I'll take Groves in a close but clear decision.

True! I probably shouldn't have said that
Top addition to Haye-Audley bill though, boxing fans in the arena will be delighted and it should give all the casuals a legitimately good and important fight, I'm rather excited for Nov 13th now.

Interesting fight but I'm struggling to make a case for Anderson. Amateur background aside, I've not been impressed by Anderson in the pro ranks. Struggled against Nathan King, didn't impress against Patrick Mendy (some thought Mendy deserved the nod, though not Mendy's trainer Jim Evans in fairness) and Kenny looked overweight and laboured against Carl Wild until he produced a good burst to bring about a (slightly) premature stoppage.
Groves, to me, appears way too busy and quick for Anderson who would only appear to have a puncher's chance. He may get that as George can be careless but I make Groves a very clear favourite.

Groves may be favourite but he is in a hard fight against a man with proven amateur pedigree and a man who is still unbeaten at this stage of his career.

the carl wild fight was more about getting the ring rust away .He broke a rib against king so obv hes not on his best but still done more than enough to win
hes been sparring with Garcia, and froch amongst others recently so hes been busy so write him off at your peril

I watched them train together just before Groves went to Vegas - terrific spar - nip and tuck stuff. He's a dour guy Anderson but I liked his attitude - looks a real tough nut but I certainly wouldn't pick him as a sure thing!
I put a couple of pictures of them together up on the new 'Ringside' group on Facebook if anyone's interested.

Groves will stop him late on but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets knocked down early on, good fight at this stage in his career.
