Info on Alan Page?

I'm hoping that someone has any info on Carl Froch's opponent for friday.

It's hard not to get an antipathy against hyped fighters and after that dramatically trailer on Froch-Page after David Haye's last fight, I was a bit disappointed in the BBC, it was like a commercial american channel.

So far I liked the way Froch's matched but his last fight against Kocharyan was really a bit disappointing. Ok, he's a tough man, but he could at least've outboxed him a little more.

So who's this Alan Page, what kind of fighter is he?
Can't get much info from his record, his opposition consists of virtually unknown fighters. Is Page more of a boxer than anything else(50% ko's against such limited opposition doesn't indicate a big punch) Will this be a nice scalp for Froch if he pulls this one off?

I did a preview of the fight below, Dutch ('Derby Storm: a preview'), but you'll see there's a lot of flanel in there because, I too, don't know much about Page. However, he has been looking good this year and Bob Mee, the respected journalist and Sky-TV analyst, says Page has the makings of an excellent fighter. That doesn't mean Mee thinks he'll beat Froch. Nor do I for that matter, but the Manchester man is no mug.

aah thanks, I was scanning on Page and Froch in the topic titles but they weren't there. Guess I'll have to look better next time. Nice preview nonetheless
