hello i am fighting Daryl Setterfield my first 6rounder at sheffield don vally4th december
Liam is now working with a conditioning coach which is Mark Willie and. He is doing a fantastic job, look what he did with Ryan Rhodes when he beat jamie moore,Mark as been round boxing gyms for years and years so has got great experience workin with fighters . I was only looking at liams shape yesterday and he is lookin and feelin great, his confidence has grown too knowing his fitness will be the best of his career so far . It also takes loads of pressure off me not worryin about his weightThereByTheGrace wrote:Good luck pal.
Just a wee q - do you still do the same training as you would with a 4x3? - or do you bump it up a wee bit more so you have plenty of gas in the tank by the end?
What's happening with your lad, Chris? Any chance of him getting on the bill?steelcity 65 wrote:Liam is now working with a conditioning coach which is Mark Willie and. Curtis, I stuck up for you when your courage was questioned, but I think the Smedsmeister deserves an answer on this one.steelcity 65 wrote:curtis how come you split up from dave codewell, is it because he as his eyebrows plucked and head polished an arse waxed or just u had enough there and cant get no further????
