NOTE TO SKY

please do not have any stupid crappy advert breaks between the rounds , on sky you never even seen manny corner untill about the 6th round and when they went to margaritos it was in spanish.

HBO have an voice over in english so the fans know what going on.

so sky please do not cut to crappy breaks for banks , pantylines or any other sh.it as for fans seeing what happens in the corner during teh break is interesting.

i mean for f.uck sake - the fight was after 5am , who wants adverts at that time

rant over

I'm sure they'll read this and address the matter immediately. I look forward to no more adverts whilst watching the boxing, thank you.

do you like to see whats happening between the rounds hagler???? , sky showing adverts at 5.30am doesnt make sense , HBO do the right thing and show the full fight with no breaks

It makes a lot of sense if some company is going to give them 10k to show it, also have you seen how much HBO charge for a PPV? Hence they can do without advertising revenue.

If someone is willing to pay them money to show them then the answer is yes.

To be fair, I'm happy with advert breaks, unless the fight is PPV - then it really is just taking the piss.

If you want the fight for free, then yes.

Sky isn't "free" though, it's part of a specialist sports subscription package. So, really, it does seem fair they have some good coverage of such a popular sport.

Sure, I'm all for the middle way- mix of subs and adverts.
