What like he did in his last fight
In all seriousness though I do expect the Bomber to have come on for that and beat McKenzie in the late rounds if the refs good and gives McKenzie a chance and don't stop it after the 1st meaningful combo...

Oh dear, me thinks Mr Mckenzie will have upset a certain promotional company with this 'jumping of the gun'. Hope it doesn't jeopardise the fight (on the assumption that it's being negotiated)

He's accepted I'm over the moon. Dean confirmed the match to me and I'm happy as can be. All I'll say is my commonwealth title is not going anywhere that's for sure.. The so callled upsetter will be the one left upset come December 11th...
AND STILL

Great match-up and a tough test for Bomber. He'll need to improve on his last showing if he is to win emphatically. Good luck mate!

Well done Bomber. Good luck, Ovill has power and lots of belief in himself and will love coming to Liverpool as the underdog. He will be swinging for the fences early. It should make for an exciting fight and would be a good win if you could get the ko!

Glad you got a good match up Bomber. I was getting worried you weren't going to get a decent level of opponent with it being so close to the fight.
I can't wait to go now!

Mckenzie was due to box on our belfast show on the 15 dec we received a call from dean asking if we would like this fight after talking with team Mckenzie we desired under the presented market it might be better to make this fight now plus it show we are willing to work with any promoting team out there if the fight benfits and is good for the boxer. Over the last few weeks we have worked with Matchroom John Waston, Haymaker Hall vs Davies. Now this one it show if the promoters work together we can give the fans the fights they want to see. And the sports needs

Great stuff from all involved making this happen
It's a mouthwatering clash. I'm a big fan of the Bomber though and I back him to get the stoppage!
