They had better show as many fights from the three cards as they can instead of talking rubbish all night again.

Good stuff - but wondering how theyll work it - thinking Chisora fight must be on tape delay - therefore NOT live.

I'm weary of sky these days - will say anything to make us part our hard earned dough then switch things on PPV

It's going to be live. They're screening it at the Echo Arena as well

There by grace. You pathetic twat! If it's on delay, so what? Avoid tv and Internet, and bingo, it's like it was live!! Christ the amount of whinging Minge bags that ate around! If it makes you wary of parting ways with your cash, dont part with it!! No One is forcing you to! It's a great night of boxing, worthy of the money asked for. If chisora turns out not to be live, so what? You need to thank the stars there are still promotors that want to out money into a sport that is unfortunately not as mainstream as it should be, think before you post

Makes me sick we get all this for £15 after last weeks absolute joke of a card, that I actually did not pay for, but pisses me off regardless.

Maybe he works for Sky or something - it was a valid question as I enjoy coming on here during the fights and commenting Round by round - the reason I ask is because I dont want to be on here and find out the result before Sky show it - probably a non issue and they'll put Chisora on live - but I was only asking!!!

It's not the same if it's not live. There IS a reason live sport on TV is so popular (and pre-recorded events are not.)

Live sport... just feels right.

Credit where credit is due, this is a fantastic show and probably the most PPV worthy event in recent memory.

I do recall that when the Chisora fight was announced it was said that it'd be going out during a break in action at the Echo, with those in attendance being shown it on a big screen. Given Warren is involved in both cards, that doesn't seem too difficult to organise.

One thing I would expect though is that as this is being sold as Gr8 Britain v the World, so I don't expect to see more than 8 fights (6 from Liverpool, Wlad v Chisora and Khan v Maidana). If SBO show any of the other undercard fights, I'll be surprised.

More than happy with 8, certainly beats 2 and a half :TU:

 Of course they will do. They'll have three hours at least to fill from the end of the boxing over here until Khan fights, and loads of fights that they have paid to show. German undercard and any other liverpool fights delayed then the Khan undercard live.

I know they like to show as little as possible on these PPVs, but why on earth wouldn't they fill the time with boxing on this show?

In that case, when only 8 are shown, don't come on here whining that you expected more like so many did following the Haye Harrison fight (not that I know whether you did personally, but the story on the Sky Sports website says "Sky Box Office HD will show eight live title fights in one night"

Don't worry, I won't. But that won't happen anyway, how else would they fill 3 hours or so? The key phrasing from what you have said "eight live title fights" not "eight live fights". I can't imagine there will be any title fights on either german or Khan undercard (bar maybe an NABO/NABA or something, but that won't count).

And without sounding like I am defending sky-because last weeks PPV truly was a joke. 5 or 6 rounds of Groves live, 3 rounds of Haye v harrison live, and a round and a half delayed of Hall v Davies in 3 hours-but did they ever actually advertise anything other than haye v harrison and Groves v Anderson would be shown? I don't think they did, but I'm not 100%.

Will this be another 6pm start like the magnificent 7?

If you start from 8pm, you have to squeeze in the Bomber/Gavin/Degale/Macklin/Clev fights in. Not to mention the Chisora fight will be starting at 10pm.

I think the PPV starts at 6pm and goes through until 5am. Khan vs Maidana is a HBO PPV and Victor Ortiz fights Lamont Peterson on the undercard.

Could be a night of KO's in every fight, except the Degale vs Smith fight.

Gavin KO Harrison
Bomber KO McKensie
Macklin KO Rubin
Clev KO Lakatos
Wlad KO Chisora
Ortiz KO Peterson
Maidana KO Khan

What a night!! :TU: :TU:

Awesome night

I'm banking on Smith-Degale and Khan-Maidana to steal the show.

The latter has real potential to be an up and down affair.
