I tried the email and the phone number. He must have cancelled his email account and I can't get through to his number. Maybe I'm dialing it wrong. Not 100% sure how to dial to Aussie from the States, which is where I am in training right now.

Ears have pricked up because because everybody else is unavailable and checking with the last available guy in the region before having to search elsewhere. Didn't know you were overweight.

We had Craig Thomson call for this fight and he spoke with David Kirby, but last I talked to Craig he hadn't heard anything back. Kirby was to call him back after he was done doing whatever it was he was doing.

I dont think Mic is under his Brother Dave anymore.

Mate the original post was on nov 24 I didn't know it was for a dec 15 fight is that even 3 weeks notice and for what a 12rnd fight and 2 titles.Now I know the offer put towards me and I can get that amount for an 8rnd state title fight with 8-9weeks notice.Now be realistic.

Given your last fight and short work of it you would have to still be in a fresh state mate..Who has more to lose you or Chauncy. Mind you basic preparation prevents piss poor performance. Hope you two can get it on in the new year..

I think given the fact that Mick chased Chauncey for 2 years with excuses being offered instead of fists,so in his defense it's the other party that needs to explain not Kirby. To suggest that Mick is running is absurd considering i've read every post of every thread, and in my honest and unbiased opinion, it is not the 7-3-1 ducking the 48-5-1 ????. This offer was clearly measured if what Mick is saying is true, and if my math is correct it sounds about right. The Thread started on that date.

Anyway, my 2 cents for those who aren't aware or just listen to Gym chatter/Hype.

An offer was put to Mick with what little we had from the promoter the promoter wasnt prepared to budge on that so its a no go for now. After speaking with Mick and knowing Chauncy these guys both are willing to get it on now i believe and Mick correct me if im wrong that we werent far away from making it happen Dec 15th so if anything we are now closer to a Kirby VS Welliver fight than ever before in a round about way be patient the internet fight of the decade will happen!! DD
