Clev vs the winner of Shumenov & Breahmer????

What does everything think, do you think Clev will get to fight the winner and become a world champ?
How likely is it that the winner of Shumenov vs Braehmer vacates the WBO title, leaving Cleverly to fight for the vacant title?
I hope Cleverly does get to fight the winner for the WBA/WBO titles, but it almost seems too good to be true.
