Looks like this is the date for Haye - Wlad and possibly Khan v Judah/Prescott (amongst others)

Anyone have plans to head out to Vegas for this? Might try and talk the wife into treating me to this for my birthday!! Guessing the MGM will stage it

I'm a little surprised they've gone for Vegas, given their biggest stadium is 16k? Obviously it makes sense for the sport as a whole to perhaps hold it in the US on US time but it seems to ignore the fact that both fighters are European and have massive European fanbases.

I'd imagine they are going to PPV the arse off this too to maximise earnings.

I think HBO have asked politely for this to be held in the states. I'm sure the casinos will be throwing money at them too

BIG tie-in between GBP and the MGM, be surprised if any other US venue got it, irrespective of size.

I might book a room at the MGM tonight just in case.

Just so you know, I read that Arum has 'reserved' the MGM for Mannys next fight on that date

Cheers, i think they are now looking at having Manny's in May. Either way, i wouldn't mind going over to see him in action too.

That would explain Wlads 'injury' last week 3 days before the fight
