Is Malik Scott a "boxer of the past" now?

Hasn't fought in two years.
Is there a section for "boxers who never were"? I think I saw 3-4 of his fights. He reminded of of Rydell Booker. Decent size with no power and a blow up record. He would have been killed in even the smallest step up in class. IMO.zojo, wrote:Hasn't fought in two years.
