Anyone hear about Elomar spitting his dummy at his bout not being telivised on the Mundine V Woods card and pulling out , then giveing Will Tomlinson a king hit in the back of the head on the way out? Anyone?

Will didnt retaliate cause he is smarter than that and wouldn't want to get involved in that nosense as he is a professional. if the incident occurred at all

Incident occurred after verbal confrontation – unclear who started.
Will turned around to walk away & was then king-hit. Ambulance was called & was taken to hospital suffering severe concussion.

This fight needs to happen now, you can't get king hit when you're a professional boxer and turn the other cheek... i mean fark i don't know if i could look at Tomlinson in the same double hard little bastard that i currently see him as.

Where I'm from, you king hit someone you get up and you go toe to toe. you don't get sent to hospital from a dirty act and let it go.

But out of curiosity why would Elomar 16-1 vs sumba 18-2 not be televised??? Given all the other horrible matchups this fight on Paper was probably the most even.

I was told by a reliable source (a well known boxing trainer) who was at the fight Tomlinson was in a very bad way after the hit.
There was a verbal confrontation words were exchanged then Will went to walk away before things got out of control as it was getting heated. He was then hit in the back of the head while he was walking away, he did not see it coming and it could have been alot worse.
As Anton said he ended up with severe concussion and did not know where he was or what had happened, luckily there were several witnesses.
I would rather see Elomar severe jail time for the cowardly attack then see him in the ring ever again.

i always felt they all should have been banned after the kickett debacle.
that was a disgraceful, shameful display from the whole elomar team that night. i understand that the guy can fight, but this sport doesnt need clowns like that running around giving the sport a bad name. we have enough trouble as it is promoting the sport to the general public without people like that and the crap they bring with them.

Claims they kissed & made up (so to speak) is bullshit. Incident is far from over

Sorry I cant work this out if Elomar was an AFL or NRL player he would be charged with mmmm something. By God NRL or AFL players cant pee in public with out being charged. The talk is about him fighting Tomlinson, myself I would love to see that too but I would sooner he was banned for life than bring boxing into desrepute. If it is true, should be banned from Boxing for life, To King hit from behind is as low as it gets, but would u expect anything less ? If the bout did eventuate and Will won could you imagine the shit they would create ? The Elomares thrive on this behavior

He is weak as piss if he has hit him from behind. And the only reason that would have happend is because Will would have belted crap out of him if he had the balls to try it whilst looking him in the eye. If no criminal charges are laid this stain on Australian boxing needs to be banned for life...if of course the stories we are hearing are accurate.

If reports are true its a dog act, And then running when Foley comes to Wills defence.

Ive got nothing against Lebo's or any other race, but whats with the gang mentatlity, In my opinion it shows weakness if you cant look a man in the eye and go toe to toe.

He may yet be charged by Police. If Tomlinson was seriously hurt young Elomar is in deep shit. It is not as if it was in the ring.

this shit with the elomars has been going on since 2006 with N/C and DQ in fights with Matty Powell...as a fan I was disgusted at both fights and thought back then...get rid of the bastards!!!

I'd love to see his ass kicked, let the bloke fight Tomlinson, without a shred of doubt in my mind Tomlinson will make Elomar look stupid in a fair fight. He can do what ever he wants after the fight, but i wan't to see these boys/brothers walk away knowing that they average. He'll still be King to his boys if he walked away from the sport now.

You're probably right there caveman, but how tough will these boys be when Ahmed Elomar is knocked out on the canvas, i seen a fight when Elomar got lifted by a philllipino journeymen, and no one jumped into the ring. Pack fighters operate on fear and confidence, as the old saying go's you hit the guy with the biggest mouth, and the rest back off.
