His name is Tyson Fury. It was amazing how much hype he had even for his first fight on the Froch vs Pascal undercard.

I agree with your start. Controversial statements do get you noticed more. Haye is the weakest champ, nobody can deny that, but it the total lack of respect from Fury which has got people talking about him again. To be honest, it's not his previous fights that gets people tuned in to watch him is it? Nobody wants to see a big knackered fat guy throwing arm punches at another fat guy a foot shorter than him. It's statements like these, together with a name like Tyson Fury that gets him more coverage than an Olympic bronze medalist.

Fury did call out those fighters but then Chisora and Frank offered Fury a fight with no options and Fury turned it down saying he was fighting in the USA. He then ended up fighting in the York Hall I believe.

As others have said. Fury hasn't even proved himself to be best in Britain yet. We have so many British Heavyweights he could fight. Sprott, Skelton, Chisora, Sexton, Price, Dallas, Rogan, Larry and the list goes on... Until he can beat a couple of the names listed. He's no where near a world title shot.
