Such a shame....from world champ to this.

I know it didn't do Gavin Rees any harm but he isn't way, way past his best.

Reid has a great chin and a good dig, but I can't see the point in him coming back unless he is on his arse financially

Better three rounds than getting a big hiding over a longer duration! Hopefully after this he realises he has eff all left and hangs the gloves up

Almost surreptitiously, Prizefighter has become the new boxing booths.

I'm quite sure he'll lose on points in the opening bracket.

Yes i dont think prizefighter is an ideal format for his style either way though i dont think he is in any danger of getting hurt and it adds an interesting spin to the thing. I wouldnt like to see him in anything outside of this prizefighter though.

Isn't Robin Reid about 5'8" or 5'9"? He's too short for light heavy.

Good shout. I think it is great for Boxing.

Over three rounds and at this level I think its fine for Robin Reid to enter.

I like prize fighter, a no nonesense approach to Boxing.

After all the hype we have seen from Badmouthing and handbags at press conferences to fighters coming in on magic carpets and strobe lights, Prizefighter is something for the longtime boxing fan, they just get on and fight.

God I hate the modern hype surrounding todays fight game.

He's meant to have been keeping inshape and living clean so maybe the break from the ring did him good. It is probably about money and the chance to scoop £32,000.

I suppose it all depends on the line-up.

Tony Cokey did alright for his lack of height at 175lb.

Tony Oakey didnt do too bad, is he not about 5"9? Plus I reckon Reid is at least 5 10.

for reid its about money and limelight. agree his style of slow starts doesnt bode well

his appearence tho once again illustrates the innovative outside the box thinking of barry hearn.

im really suprised reid never tried cagefighting back when cage rage was a lively promotion.

Reid is 5'9 with a 76 inch reach. Cloud is only 5'10 and Pascal is only 5'10.5. Reid will be a small LHW, but I think it will likely be a combination of age, inactivity, and his slow starting style that do him in.

I'm more inclined to agree with Roy about Reid's height.
