Do you think so? Because I scored better than you.
CREASE - ROBERTO DURAN 12 LlOYD HONEYGHAN 9
HITMAN09 - PERNELL WHITAKER 11 YOUNG CORBETT III 9
I scored 21, you scored 20.
Guess I'm the better manager.

Tzyu...maybe I misunderstood? So I take it the numbers are indicative of actual performance over the season? I thought it was there start up ratings?
Hmmm.I suppose Gavilan holding so many greats to draws somehow kept his performance record high. Yet his actual record appeared less than amazing. Leave it to a GBP fighter to be remarkable even with what appeared to be an average record. Something I've often tried to express....but these facts can not be argued.
Still it seems an odd rating after what seemed to be a disappointing season for him.
Tzyu Could you have somehow goofed this all up? Like that time you forced Williams to allow his face to be caved in by Hearns? You probably now recognize that such a decision was an error on your part You and I know that fight should never have been made. Williams was one fight short of having the best record of the season but refused to "perform" at a commish's whim...so he allowed himself to be pummeled rather than be forced to pass some senseless test.
I hope you can live with yourself for being so careless with the great mans simulated career.
Let's have none of this sort of "tampering" in the upcoming season. Or I'm certain Crease will express his disappointment in a series of formal complaints.

Those rating are dam fishy... Duran fought Walcott 3 times, who he is rated as equal to, and he lost all 3 fights.

The top rated boxers were:
tzyuforever wrote:ARMAGETO - RAY ROBINSON 15
KEVO - RAY LEONARD 14
THE END - HENRY ARMSTRONG 14
BOXBUZZ - KID GAVILAN 13
GLITTERMONKEY - THOMAS HEARNS 13
JBACCA - JOSE NAPOLES 13
THE END - BARNEY ROSS 13
It's a sad endictment for Buzz that he had an elite fighter and won nothing!!!
At least Duran was tied on 12 with lot of other fighters. "12" seems to be the benchmark for an average decent fighter.

I'm sick and tired of making excuses for excellence. Williams was never out of the top 10 all season. Williams and Walker both became Lonsdale Unified champions with drama beyond the wildest fiction ever written. Kid Gavilan was hobbled by bad management and we still guided him to beat or draw with some of the biggest names out there. The Gold standard stands tall and towers over the mob as always. Get used to living in the shadows of such accomplishments.
Crease, your work with Duran is beyond all explanation. You should not be allowed within a city block of any software rated over a 5. This forum is read by sim enthusiasts all over the world, and according to the blogs, you are the plankton of Sim Management. If this is a HW season you should be issued Renaldo Snipes and Valuev, where your mismanagement can cause no harm to anyones hard won reputation.

Pleased with Mosley. 23 better fighters, but he managed to drag himself up towards the top ten. Hearns was just Hearns. A wrecking machine in some fights, but too vulnerable in others.
