english bantamweight title

richard poxton rang tommy gilmour yesterday and asked if josh wale would box craig lyons for the english title on 26th feb in bolton on a hatton show,tommy said yes and everything including the purse were agreed.josh was over the moon what a chance at a cracking title.tommy got another call this afternoon the fight is off,lyons didnt want it,his management had asked us for the fight and then lyons bottles it.how can he call himself a fighter if he wont fight josh,he has a unbeaten record of 12-0 and hes 28yrs old,josh is 22yrs old and 11-3.surely most people would consider lyons the favorite.josh like so many boxers just wants to fight,boxing is suffering because these so called champions wont fight anybody,josh will fight any bantamweight in britain or europe.

Wale would be a very hard fight for any British Bantamweight! Lyons looked really good in his last fight, really strong lad. That would be a hell of a fight it's a shame Lyon doesn't fancy it

martin ward droppin to bantam give him 2 fights at the weight hell fight josh wale im michael hunter and im helpin him train hell take some beating mind a watched him chin gav reid in sparring not long ago and he a strong super bantam with big gloves on and josh piped him before in am so will b excitin now

josh is a right handfull ive sparred him when i was about 11st it was like being attacked by a swarm of bees! any bantam around will be in for a torrid night against him win lose or draw

Its on? when? thought Gary might go up in weight S-Bantam?
See it being a great fight for 4-5 rounds if Gary dont get him out off there which will be very hard imo i see Lyon's stopping him late on....
Josh is a monster hardest sparring iv ever had.......

he blamed weight makin for his last fight didnt he so why take another fight at that weight
