Tackie has to be worth a few quid. The Eamonn Magee-Jimmy Vincent fight over the weekend showed what different levels is all about, and Tackie has fought at a consistently higher level than Hatton. Home advantage is a biggie for The Hit Man of course, along with that nine-round warm-up he had with Aldo Rios in September. But Rios has since dropped back down to lightweight and Tackie's strength could prove a handful for the local hero. Okay, we all know Tackie can be outboxed, but is Hatton that good a boxer? We also know Tackie is dangerous to the very last second of his fights.
As I say, Tackie has to be worth a few quid.

Off topic - but did you know you can get a tasty 7-1 odds for Joppy to win.

Now THAT is an excellent bet. I mean after all, Hop is whacking on the door of 40, has been inactive, and has faced CRAP competition recently.

That can be said of Joppy too mind, still going for Hopkins but I think it still worth a trip to the bookies for a live dog like Joppy.

Joppy can't really match Hopkins in any department but he's shown he can box nicely on the back foot, he may nick the odd round you never know. I hope this top of the bill isn't the worst fight of the night. It could easily turn out that way if Hopkins assumes the role of aggressor all the way through.
