Boxing Super Special Justice League!

Right
After the Haye-Klit Debacle and countless others at all levels in professional boxing (that Eric Armit brings to note each and every week) isn't it time that we as supporters and loyal followers of the sport decided with our hard earned money to protest and no longer pay to watch pretend alphabet "world title" fights?!
How realistic (and possible) would one single governing body be in this sport?; make one set of rankings that the fans vote for; we all subscribe to the body and have one vote at each weight and that would force the best to fight the best? Anyone who fails to fight who the fans want to has to be suspended for a year or removed from the rankings.
Now I understand that there would be many barriers (ie TV money/promoters skimming off the top as they always do and have done) but we finance the sport so why dont we all gather together on Boxrec and fight for a cause that will bring back the glory days to this honourable sport stolen by greedy faceless corporations and joke "presidents" and governing bodies who focus on nothing but self preservation and sheer ignorance.
I hope this hits a nerve with you all because I'm mighty sick and tired of boxing being about purse bids, politics and no good promoters (they say Don King is a bad man but im a cynic - they are all the exact same).
We have the technology to make the difference now; lets do it together starting with Boxrec and starting today.
