Anybody know if Danny Williams scheduled match with Sprott is still on (Scheduled for the 16th of January if I'm not mistaken).

Perhaps this is the reason why he pulled out, perhaps if he could fulfil his date with Sprott - i.e. due to a cut etc, he'd be stripped.

I only hope that once he's got Sprott out of the way (which I'm still sure he will) he needs to focus on European level and a Sam rematch.

I don't think Williams would do any better against Sam in a rematch, nor would any of the other British fighters. Perhaps Hide could jab and move quickly for 12 rounds but that would be asking a heck of a lot from him. Samil Sam would be putting a lot more pressure on Hide than Derek McCafferty managed over 7 rounds this year.

Hopefully the drum will really start beating for a Williams v Harrison match up once Sprott is dealt with. The build up to that one would be fantastic.

I originally picked Williams to beat Audley if they met by i truly believe Audley would beat him now....

If and When they meet Harrison will beat him on points in a scrappy affair where williams is trying to get inside and brawl whilst Audley is happy to land the big shots from outside...

And yes i can see the future...

I just don't think Audley will ever have the engine required to come out on top in a tough 12 rounder.

If he proves me wrong - brilliant.

I dont think Williams heart is in it anymore.

He lacks hunger

His head goes down when he's behind.

I like Danny but I think Audley beats him comfortably.

DW will always have Sprotts number but he should have gone beyond this level years ago.
