Who is Liam Walsh defending his Commonwealth title against?

Liam Walsh is scheduled to defend his Commonwealth title on the 19th February. Does anyone know who he is going to defend against? There are only 11 days to go before the show, so I would have thought his opponent would have been announced by now.

He is not on fighting on the 19th according to Warren's schedule. Is the BoxRec schedule wrong then?
