What the hell is the matter with joe tessitore's face?

Everytime the camera is on his face or he is listening to one of teddy atlas's metaphorical stories for the millionth time he has what i can only deascribe as a demented "exasperated in awe all false teeth demented botoxed bastard child of wayne newton" look on his face,almost like mr burns in the simpsons.its a recent thing i think its something hes done lately. The man doesnt look natural. I genuinely felt naoseous looking at him today
