Surprised that Ryan McNicol seems to be struggling.
Saw him as an amateur and he was outstanding

After watching Curran for the first time, I was impressed. McNicol isn't the best in the best (no offence Ryan) but Curran really did look to have soo much more to offer. He went from head to body all night and mixed his punches the whole fight. He's a preasure fighter who isn't going to tire over 4x3s or 6x2s. Doesn't carry a lot of power by the looks of it but think he will win more than he losses.

Aye, it was a decent wee show. First up was David Brophy who was making his debut against James Tucker. Brophy win all the rounds aginst shot shy Tucker who came to see the final bell. Good performance and the boys got a good trainer so should maybe be in contention for scottish title in next 18 months.
Paul Allison boxed Ric Boulter and although he lost the first round he win the next 5 rounds by marching Boulter onto the ropes and throwing 5/6 punch combos to take the victory.
Chris Steele will find himself very fourtunate after almost getting Stopped by Phil Boyle. Steele took the first 3rounds on his long jab but Boyle came into the fight in the last 2rounds, rocking Steele in at least 4times but Steele held on for the win.
Kenny Davidson beat Jamie Norkett in a very scrappy fight. Enough said.

Forgot to mention the Georgain who was really good. Out the local guys David was the stand out, considering it was his first pro fight and he had a good crowd he did well. I dunno what weight he will box at too be honest. Hopefully Billy can confirm this.
Allison is very entertaining so would be good to see him again
