i have read a lot on here over the last week re LO vs JMcD fight but not a word of credit to John's trainer CJ who got back with John after the last Fury fight. CJ was in John's corner in all the close fight's which a lot of people believe John was robber. All so CJ has been working with Martin Powers and we saw Martin has a great win last time out. So i like to say a big thanks and well done to JMcD,Martin Power's and CJ. Please keep up the good work with both your boy's CJ

Iv never been in the Condition that im in now, to be fair to the other Trainers i was with i never put as much in as i do now, but thats because i could get away with... Iv known CJ sence i was 13 and When i went into the gym to ask CJ if he'd be my trainer (April 2009) he started laughting said "Martin i like you and id like to keep it that way i would'nt like him the training we'l have to do the Runs etc" so No, I ended up getting him to say yes but if i miss a day i could F**k off.... That was exactly what i needed a serious kick up the Arse..




John went to Jimmy Mc after the 1st Fury lost. imo the worst thing he could of done, Fury was blowing out of his arse after 3 rounds. I thought John would finish him off but John's fitness was poor as well.

We travel all over the country Sparring training etc, he's in the gym some morning from 6 and leave till 10-10.30 at night...

CJ is the Man 8)

I credited CJ in another thread! He's done a great job and he also does an amazing job overseeing things at St Pancras ABC. Great underrated trainer who is also a nice guy!
