I was last on the forum on Friday and there were loads of twitter-related e-mails stating that Haye and Wlad were gonna sign the following day, has it happened?? I'm guessing not from the lack of Haye-Wlad threads......... any more rumours??

All this speculation comes from 2 tweets by Haye, and Booth saying "At the moment I've just got to do what I've got to do. I don't want to talk about it. I'll just let David tweet whatever he wants to tweet. Maybe by the middle of next week things could have changed quite drastically.". Nothing concrete, nothing from camp Klit, nothing of any substance,

The only news that could progress a July 2nd Haye v Wlad fight would be the cancellation of Wlad v Chisora. No way Wlad fights Haye 63 days after Chisora. Even if the fight is signed, it won't happen and Haye will be without a fight until September. And with Warren seemingly doing everything he can to scupper Hayemaker (taking May 21st for Clev v Braehmer PPV when it was originally set for normal Sky on 2nd April), I can't see the Chisora fight being cancelled for anything other than a "genuine" injury or a lot of money (depending on contract terms).

Anyone getting excited about Haye v Wlad in July with the Chisora fight still in place is setting themselves up to be severely disappointed.

Will this affect Klitchsko vs Chisora.

Be great if it does happen. Wlad vs Haye and Vitali vs Adamek - as bout as close to a unification series as we are going to get (unless on of the Brothers loses of course).

Screw it, Vlad and Vit should just get it on...that would be a decent fight.

I think it is disgusting that anyone wants to see two brothers fight, especially two brothers who are so close as the Klits.

I am more excited about Wlad v Chis, at least Chisora comes to fight and not run and dance.

Was a joke...wouldn't mind seeing them sparring though, for charity and all that.

Sorry, I just see and hear it all the time and it is a thought tha sickens me, having sparred a lot with my own brother, I know I would never be able to box him.

I have even seen boxing writers (Iole) go on about it. Wrong.

In my opinion its a career ending fight for Mr Wladimir - and thus him taking all this time to get the bottle to sign the contracts is tolerable.

I am sure David will disagree with me - but the Vitali fight is very very close indeed.

I believe for David to beat him he would have to ko him as the Vitali jab would score a lot.

I reckon Haye hits massively hard in any era and as such could KO them both early doors.

Haye could get done, he hardly has the best chin.

I just cant see him not landing on Wlad early and I cant see Wlad taking one of those right hands that felled Ruiz.

Everyone keeps saying that - Carl Thompson hit him with some mighty bombs and Haye took them - Lolenga Mock for me was a tadge different - David was weight drained to say the least.

My view is that Hayes style is all wrong for wlad - its going to come down to 1 element in that fight - Wlads Jab - will it be effective? because if it isnt Wlad will be in a world of hurt. Of course if it is effective Haye's going to take one hell of a battering.

Regarding hayes chin - we've seen him go down - but never seen him stay down.

This is old news (7 Feb) but apparently Vit is happy to fight Haye on 2 July - sort of matches up?
