IMO m8 ur doin well but u might just as well hit a bag because ur guy with the belt not making u think about defence and not throwing shots! Just my opinion pal but well done and all the best in ur future!

aye thanks mate thats just my bro, was just a blast out for fitneess, usual coach was off. were doing a lot of expolsive work like your doing with ronnie, we are working with big tyres ect aswell and am feeling a big difference in power, thanks and wish all your boys the best aswell. x

Going to say the same thing.. Try dip your knees abit Rotating side to side instaed of having your hands so low... Dont look Bad what so ever for a one bouter

Thanks mate il look at doing that one my first one by stoppage in first round, am 80kg but cant get much more off pretty ripped at that, just started in december but loving everyminute of the learning.x
