He's been matched fairly tough. He's game for sure, and very fit.

He had a good win a few weeks back against Jason Hastie for the Scottish Feather Weight title. What's his record now something like 12-12? Him and Dougie Curran should go to town again.

I heard marc may have done enough to nick a decision. I train with marc & he is a good little fighter. Now he's boxing in the away corner he's stopped trying to have a punch up. Using his feet & brains & with his experience is a great workout for all he goes in with. On top of that, you won't meet a nicer genuine bloke. There's plenty of miles in the old dog yet!

Results were;

Jamie Kelly (12st 10lbs) beat James Tucker (13st 1lb) 60-55
James Ancliff (9st 2 1/4) beat Marc Callaghan (9st 5 3/4) 40-37
Chris Thompson (11st 4lbs) beat Rick Boulter (11st 3/4) 58-57

Boulter and Callaghan looked to have won their fights, landed the cleaner better shots imo but then again what do you expect with their opponents having the promoter of the show as their trainer/cornerman.

Wouldn't say they won their fights, both were close. Perhaps the Boulter fight more so.

Yes, both was close enough but I feel those from the 'opponents corner' landed the cleaner shots and got the feeling that there would have been no complaints if they won. But I suppose its how each individual views a fight.
