Just a few days after we demanded to know where Richard Williams is, it's been announced he returns to the ring on January 31 at York Hall in a fight for the vacant Commonwealth light-middleweight title (no opponent as yet).
Jamie Moore must have relinquished his Commonwealth belt to allow Williams to ease back with a title shot. Both Williams and Moore are promoted by Barry Hearn's Ringside.

Very pleased, it probably means that Williams will fight an easier opponent for a very means an easier opponent for a very meaningful belt.

It would be nice to see him defend it against good fighters such as Glenn (?) Kelly, the guy Lockett beat.
