Is that who he's fighting in liverpool on april 27th or is he fighting another stiff in preparation for mcdermott in the summer?
If price vs mcdermott is on the undercard of smith vs simpson then that would be a really decent card for a wednesday night.

I think he's fighting a tune up in Liverpool, probably some Eastern European bum. No venue has been decided for the McDermott fight yet.

He's top class, he's a good fella too, I've known him a long long time, he has the ability and physical advantages of a Klitschko he really does!! Given the right opponents at the right times I think he's nailed on for big things in the biggest division of them all....

Price hasn't really been tested yet domestically. He's fought 2 british opponents so far and a plethora of Eastern European deck chairs. Mcdermott represents a big step up and could provide another shock. He's showed he can handle big guys esp in the first Fury fight which he won well in my opinion.

Price-Mcdermott is a fascinating fight for me. It's a huge step up, in Pro terms, but Price fought some quality operators as an amateur. I think that unlike Fury, Price can really crack. Very interesting fight.

Had a good chat with David today. What a lovely fella.

April 27th is a tune up but will hopefully be a bit of a better opponent than most of his previous ones.
