Didnt realise he boxed the other night till i just read the boxrec news site,by the sounds of it he didnt look impressive at all against Dai Davies..was anyone there who could shed some more light on his performance?? is it down to ring rust ot isnt he going to reach the heights of his AM days??

I know hes(was) a good fighter,just hope he can fulfil his potential Arnie...I thought he was top notch in the Ams...hopefully they get him out soon&keep the lad busy then

watch him before derry fought i really thoght he tried to hard looked the part mind dai davis thought he got a share of it as some rounds were close but i had him 3 rounds up he looked rusty and wanted to impress but his next fight prob b miles better good luck to him coming back the way his career has gone

Yeah....don't know if he tried too hard to impress, home bill and all that!
I may have sounded harsh, i just know what talent he has and what a good trainer he has in Arnie....there will be better nights I'm sure...and he did win!

ill second that geat career ahead of him dai davis make s it hard he looked in great shape fights needs to come in for him looked rusty but can only get better

Nick looked shit hot early in his pro career. Obv the severe lay off won't have helped him in his last fight, and I have no doubt he'll get to at least British. He's quality.
