Dereck Chisora?

Anybody know what the latest is with this guy? He had a brilliant 2010 with stoppages over Baker, Williams and Sexton. He earned a title shot against Wladamir Klitschko only to have it postponed and then cancelled, before being named as an opponent for Fury, yet then we hear Fury is trying to get a fight in against Rahman.
It's seven months now since the Sexton fight and still nothing in the calendar.....

This is the last I heard of him (in the Telegraph last month) before the Klitschko fight fell through:
"I was at Wembley on Saturday night to see Fury knock over some unknown Brazilian in front of a handful of people and it told me nothing other that I will never waste my time going to watch Fury again and when we meet it would be a very easy night's work for me.
"He came out with a stupid statement afterwards saying that I'm only fighting Klitschko because I'm scared of him! How can
he say that I'm only fighting for the world title to get a big payday rather than face him in a defence of the British and Commonwealth titles that are mine. Listening to some of the nonsense he speaks I wonder if he really believes all the hype surrounding him.
"For the record, I fought the British Champion Danny Williams in May, being a late replacement for Sam Sexton. When I beat
Williams I inherited a mandatory defence against Commonwealth Champion Sam Sexton which I duly obliged on Sept 18 by beating Sexton for the second time.
"That fight was my mandatory defence of both the British championship and his of the Commonwealth Championship and I am not due to make another until at the very earliest March 2011. Fury is the mandatory contender for the British title, I know that. If he wants to win the title that's what he will have to do, win it against me.
"I have a world title fight coming up and that should have taken place in December but through no fault of my own Klitschko got injured and now I have had to wait until April. I want to enter to enter the ring as British and Commonwealth Champion because I am proud of holding the belts and the British Boxing Board of Control should be proud of a British Champion challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship as their champion.
"Tyson can continue knocking over unknown Brazilians, or make embarrassing attempts to bring the likes of old men like Frans Botha over here to pad out his record, but the fact remains if Fury wants to be a real champion then he'll have to wait for me to either become world champion or, if I'm beaten as he say's I will be, for me to defend my titles against him. Chisora also had a swipe at Fury's promoter Mick Hennessy who tried to buy the Commonwealth title from Chisora rather than let his 'star' fight him for it.
"Titles should be won and lost in the ring and not bought and sold like a second-hand Capri Ghia. His promoter got his matchmaker to try and do a deal with my promoter for me to vacate the Commonwealth title so he could fight another non-entity Canadian to pick up a vacant title rather than beat a champion. Apparently Fury was not ready to face me yet and it would be a bigger fight between me and him down the line. I said no way, this Del Boy is not doing the deal, if he wants my belts he can win them like I had to by beating the champion. He is slagging of the British Boxing Board of Control for not stripping me, but how can they strip me?
"If Fury thinks he is the real deal then he should show me some respect and wait for his chance like I've had to wait for Klitschko. If he needs a fight in the interim he should fight the likes of Sam Sexton, Richard Towers, or the man who beat him in the amateurs, David Price, all young and fresh heavyweights with ambition.
"No one is fooled by wins over people like Nascimento or having the desire to fight the likes of Botha, such fights show a lack of respect for the sport and for a former world champion.
"Fury is full of hot air and he shouldn't allow his promoter to make stupid statements on his behalf. Let's face it, if he didn't have that name no one would have taken any notice of him based on his achievements. He reminds me of Jess Harding another six-foot plus who traded on being a traveller.
"Like Harding, Fury is all boots and braces but has no substance and what happened to him against Gary Mason will happen to Fury as well when we do meet.
"My message to Tyson Fury is loud and clear, stop whining, talking rubbish and getting your promoter to do your dirty work, wait your chance like a man. Championships are won and lost, so stop trying to steal it underhandedly - I might be Del Boy, but Fury is just a fool with a horse, a total Plonker!"

But does that mean it will happen, and by when?
For the record I think Chisora would destroy Fury but at this rate he may be needing a tune up first.

Del Boy says "he shouldn't allow his promoter to make stupid statements on his behalf" then comes out with the line about Mason/Harding - which happened when Derek was about 5 years old....pot..kettle.
