I think they are mentioning 100,000 sales because with the £15 subscription it works out to be the £1.5 Million that Khan re portly lost out by SKY taking him off PPV.

Do you think Team Khan have enough cop on to realise that lying about the purchases is pointless as they run through SKY anyway?? :box:

unfortunately for boxing, of the stack of fans i know, most have gone the illegal route or not even bothered with it.

It's not captured the public's imagination like a Hatton fight.

Sky had done 50 sales when they decided to pull the PPV so for primetime to do another 99,950 in 6 days is quite impressive.

 i'd be suprised if it was even a quarter of that. Who would pay £15 quid for a non HD, primetime broadcast, with an obvious outcome.

Sky didn't even publish the phone number and you couldn't do it via the EPG - it was pulled more than a week before the event. So I would say 50 sales was pretty impressive.

Obviously Sky didn't think so,

they would of cause have had alot of other PPV's to compaire sales with at the same stage .
