Warren has announced the undercard on his website tonight and there are some decent fighters backing up the main events.
Event is:
Cleverly--Braehmer
Degale--Groves
Gavin--Mutley
BJS in title eliminator
Jamie Cox
Sam Sexton
Paul Smith
Nicky Cook
Stephen Simmons
Bradley Skeete
George Michael Carman
Lewis Rees
Steve Robinson (Francis Robinson's son)

To me it looks a very good bill, but after what was speculated im a bit dissapointed. Only the top two fights will be competetive and for me dissapointing but still good PPV

Stick Chisora v Fury on it, then i'd say its one of the best bills for a while. Gavin V Muttley doesn't do much for me. Neither does 'Allegedly Fighter' v 'TBA'

The crucial thing is that there will only be 2 competitive fights. The attraction of Magnificent 7 was it's depth of competitivity with maybe 5 or 6 of the top billed being between 60:40 and 50:50.

If just one of the 4 headliners pulls out, the card looks pretty sparse.

Definetly PPV worthy! Mutley/Gavin is a decent British level match up, Hopefully Saunders is in a tough, step up fight! DeGale/Groves is a superb matchup and Cleverly/Brahmar could be a cracker and a great chance for another British world champion!

Ronnie heffron is also on the bill

At least there is a proper world title on this bill though - but still, I thought both were substandard for what a PPV should be.

As was Haye vs Harrison and Khan vs McCloskey.

2 real competitive fights on this card, the rest is pretty poor.

Disagree, Chisora KO'd Sexton in the first fight in a dominant display, I cannot believe how that was classed as the toughest fight to call by the sky team. There was a clear gap between them in the first fight.

Anyone who saw Koceny fight regularly knew he would be a level above Hall - Rhodes vs Konecny would have been a fantastically tough fight to call however.

Your correct on Degale vs Dilks and the Macklin fights as easy picks. The remaining 3 were tougher, but I think the vast majority got at least two of these correctly and I would think a small majority picked Fenkel also. However, four of them were at least 70:30.

The Robinsons should be the other way around

Sexton was ahead at the time of the stoppage in the first fight,i think! The only one i got wrong was Sexton and it cost me a fortune. I had Konecny and Frenkel inside the distance and Sexton on points.

The Groves/Degale fight is PPV worthy on it's own. By today's standards anyway.

I could take or leave the rest, but without the above fight, I wouldn't be paying a penny for it.

The addition of Chisora/Fury would make it a solid PPV and would help to ease the pain if Degale/Groves turns out to be a mess of a fight, or is over too quickly.

Degale/Groves worthy a PPV on its own? I'm not wishing to single you out Charlie, but its just shows how bad the TV situation is when we think a close call British title fight is worthy of a PPV.

We shouldn't be calling a world title fight and two British title fights a SOLID PPV. We used to get multiple world title bills for Free.

Times have changed, this is the way it is. The only way it will change is a major overhaul in boxing and the tv deals (which aint gonna happen anytime soon)

I can't argue with that, I miss the old days n'all, although there's more at work with Degale/Groves (and to a lesser degree, Chisora/Fury) than the titles being contested.

Sadly, I'd have no qualms about forking out £15 for a Gavin/Brook match-up either. I wouldn't dare try and justify the cost to your average punter though.
