There is a lot of British money on the Costa Del Sol. Mickey Duff staged a Lloyd Honeyghan World title fight out there. I think its quite original.

Yeah that was the fight with Gene Hatcher at the bullring, Bruno fought on that card too.

Yeah I went to the Honey/Hatcher fight in Marbella, great fun - open air bull ring and postponed for one day due to an electrical storm. Good turn out too, lots of Brits and none too bothered we saw one of the fastest world title fights in history.

I think Magee v Oakey was a British title fight in Dublin. That's the only one I can think of outside of G.B. Although there have been Irish title fights in America.

Is Mick allowed to rebid for the fight?
