im a fan...but ive analysed the sport for many years & fighters who aint even been to the well that many times in fights still tire through putting there body through hell to aqquire prime fitness & your body can only take so much & in theory pacquio is a very old fighter with plenty of miles.

Pacman is only 32 and probably has another year or two before you'll start seeing him slide. Recent fighters like Calzaghe, Lennox lewis, Bhops, Juan manuel Marquez, Sergio Martinez and the Klitschko brothers were/are older then him and produced some of their best performances after 32. The common theme to a lot of them is that they seem to take care of themselves outside of the ring and live the lives of athletes staying out of the spotlight.

Alot of the fighters in the past who had great careers in their 20's and looked terrible in the 30's also had a history of drug, alcohol, gaining huge weight jumps between fights, jail and maritol problems that all combined to end their careers early.

Pacman is probably one of the best conditioned athletes in the world plus will have access to the very best legal nutrients and supplements around and no that dosen't mean he's taking peds, infact if you know how to get the best from these the results can still be great.

Juan Manuel Marquez is something like 5 years older and he's still kicking arse.

thats cause he drinks his own piss.

On ESB the writers are asking why Pac looked so bad and whether age/wars are catching up with him. Looks like people are having very different opinions on Pac's performance.

Shane threw almost half the same amount of punches during the Pac fight as opposed to the Mayweather fight.

Yet even as lame as his effort was, he landed 82 shots as opposed to 94 on Floyd... with just half the output.

I think he touched gloves more often than he landed power shots.

Mosley landed 20% of his total punches aganst both Pac/PBF and when you bifurcate total punches into power shots and jabs he landed at nearly the same percentage against both guys.

Far too much touching of gloves by Mosley it's like he kept trying to remind Pacquaio that he was a real nice guy really, 'please don't knock me out!'

I love watching Pac-man, but I do get fed up listening to the crowd "OOOOHH and AAAHHHH" over three shot combo's that miss by half a foot. He's amazing but I think you need see something wicked before you cream your pants.

Very similair performances,. terrible really.

Fight to win or go out on your back otherwise why bother unless your a journeyman who needs the money Mosley doesn't.

I think the fact that Pacquaio no longer weight drains has extended his ability to perform at this level. He said his legs were tight and that seemed to be the case, his legs looked lifeless compared to normal. Maybe it's age maybe not.

As has been said That Marquez can compete at the highest level at his age after a long career over his natural weight is even more impressive.
