I've never been a Leonard fan. But this story is a riot. I assumed he was a kid and instantly felt bad for him. Then I saw the excerpts and seriously LOL. I don't know how I'm supposed to believe that one of the best young fighters on the planet was forced into a tub at 15 and accidentally received a blow job at 19.

Typical Leonard, he could have just come clean and been a leader in the gay community. But instead he comes out like it's someone elses fault. I hate to break it to him, an older man performing fellatio on a 19yr old is sex, not molestation.

The story seemed extremely odd to me as well. If you are 19 years old, and especially if you are one of the best fighters on the planet, you won't be getting a blowjob from another man unless you want it.

I think this is a BS story attempting to boost his book sales. Remember, Andre Aggasi pulled a similar stunt when he admitted to using meth right before his autobiography came out.

Also, notice how close SRL appearance on "dancing with the stars" is to the release of his book.

Leonard has always been a cunning, egotistical person; albeit a great fighter.

Obviously it has been released to aid book sales. But Agassi did do Crystal Meth, that wasn't a 'stunt'. He failed a drug test.

Why would a heterosexual man fabricate being gay? That will get people talking about the book. I don't know that it's going to make any Boxing fans run out to buy it if they weren't going to already.

I think he has probably been with many men and the story was about to break in another way. So this is his way of coming out of the closet.

He might not necessarily be gay either. It's entirely possible he's bisexual, Emile Griffith himself was, it's just that in this society we're quick to label something all the way one way or the other. There are plenty of married couples who take trips to the other side of the tracks every so often.

Nobody said anything really homophobic by my count, it was mostly people cracking on Leonard's personality and how he worded his "molestation". I for one stood up against calling him straight up gay because, well, there are plenty more people that swing both ways in reality, just to different degrees.

I hated Leonard as a Boxer, great as he was, and for his fake personality. Abusing his wife and neglecting his kids didn't endear him to me anymore. But that is just a sad fact of life.

For the record, I don't care who anyone sleeps with. Perhaps there was more to the story, but what he has said most certainly doesn't qualify as being molested.

I doubt that Leonard is gay or that his allegation even happened. He simply loves the spotlight and doesn't like the fact that his time has come and gone
