Why is the focus always on ppv or not ppv

Just wondering because for ppv you pay £15 for a good view of the action and although you don't get to see every fight, what person see's every fight?
This isn't me suggesting that you get a good deal for ppv because I believe that most ppv's should be at no extra cost to your subscription but just wondering why the focus always seems to be on people who buy ppv and whether its value for money or not and not so much on people who buys the tickets?
I generally go to small hall shows and avoid the big world title shows like the one on Saturday but decided to go to this one because I like Clev alot and am also a fan of Groves. I paid over double what I would normally pay but I'm not sour about it and I'm not even that sour about Braehamer pulling out, its boxing and things like this happen a lot and there was always a chance that this would happen especially with Braehemer's recent record. But I do know a lot of people who have brought tickets who would be seriously annoyed with the overall standard of the card and Braehmer pulling out but there doesn't seem to be a massive debate about whether the people who have brought tickets should get a bit of a refund or not. Is this mainly because more people buy ppv then go to shows?
Whatever happens to this show I'll still go and won't even attempt to get a refund because at the end of the day I have chose to buy these tickets knowing that in a sport like boxing this could happen. On the other hand while people discuss and complain about it being a waste of £15 on ppv surely there will be an equal percentage of people complaining that they have spent in some cases more than 10 times that amount.
