Yep that was an amazing moment and it's those moments as to why i love this sport, he is an inspiration to everyone and a true credit to the sport. Love him or dislike him you have to give him respect and he should be the boxer that every up and coming new boxer looks at in terms of how to live your life outside the ring.

It's also cool that from the Pavlik fight onwards he's also been entertaining to watch too, his ring craft is something to marvel at and he know's every trick in the book.

Talking about British interest though IAN JOHN LEWIS was absolutely shite as the ref in that fight, it seemed they'd let a mental patient be the third man in the ring and not only did he miss 2 KD's, let Pascal rabbit punch all night, kept breaking up clinches and not allowing inside fighting but his loud voice was irratating as hell and he seemed to want to make himself the star of the show.

I found the whole press up thing extraordinary. B-hop got down for five proper press ups and still schooled Pascal for that round

Great stuff from Hopkins. Am no much of a fan but he's earned himself a place in the history books now. He deserves to be known as a legend.

In MMA it is Mark Hominick's trademark after a fight.

Remember both Ortiz and Griffin doing burpees after their fight to show they still had plenty left to do a 4th/5th rnd...

If he has 3 more wins against Dawson, Bute and the winner of the super six then retires for good he'll be a definate Top 10 ATG for me, maybe even top 5 as he'll have put together one hell of a resume.

Rawlings bored the life out of me I'm afraid for this one. Ruined the intro blathering on and on and stating the obvious.

I think one of the things that makes Hopkins quite special, something that was demonstrated again on Saturday, is his ability to make the right adjustments needed in rematches. I had him beating Calzaghe by a point the first time, and I was very much pro Calzaghe at the time.

Calzaghe had gears and was good at adjusting to opponents as a fight wore on, but we've no idea how he handles rematches because he never gave one. If he'd have given HBO and Hopkins the rematch they'd asked for, which was fully warranted, despite the first fight being horrible to watch, I think Hopkins would've brought even more to the table, something he's proved he can do multiple times. Instead, Calzaghe went for the softer option in a thrice tarnished Jones.

Are you talking about the low blow in the 10th round? That was a low blow, you can see it clearly in the replay. Granted, it was more of a tap than the harder low blow Calzaghe intentionally threw in the second round, which he later claimed was payback for Hopkins putting him over in the first.

Hopkins is a better fighter with Richardson in his corner than Roach. I actually thought he looked in physically better shape for his bouts under Richardson than Roach.

It was a poor performance from Roach that night, he definately was uber cool and I think part of the reason why Hopkins' coasted was because he thought it was in the bag.

hopklins is legend ...he had all thetricks as well dont think he is bothered by a few rabbit punches...he was outstanding on sat again..a legend who made histroy again.

After a fight though mid fight is another story hats off to bhop - - you certainly dont wanna do something like that then get KTFO.

PS: I thought Aldo's one-upmanship with the pressups after the hominick fight was a bit lame...
