All the Tate fights listed are available, mint.

Weaver vs Phillips (rare), Holmes and LeDoux are available, mint.

The Weaver fights with Stan Ward I've seen here & there but in poor quality and very rare, the Leroy Jones fight I have never seen anywhere.

Does that include the John Tate vrs Kallie Knoetze fight in mint shape?
I dont collect I only watch whats been posted on youtube last few years.
I have only seen one very poor quality black and white video of the last round of Tate vs Knoetze
on youtube last few years.
Also notice how all the fights mentioned are from 1977 onward.
That was the year that home video-recorders sales started to boom some in America.
The cost of a video-recorder in 1977,the cheapest one was $750.00 dollars, and the best home VCR cost $1,300.00 (retail)

Yeah, that was televised nationally. I think that tournament was on Sportsworld.

Regardless of when people got VHS recorders, there is always master copies! Hence the great quality fights out there from the 70s and before. I have Tate/Knoetzee in colour, full, US version. It's an okay fight, Tate just slowly overwhelms the South African.

Tell that to the BBC.
btw.even in America some of the TV networks wiped/junked their video archives.
Check out the PAUL LYNDE HALLOWEEN SPECIAL is a good example.
It aired once in 1976,the only known video copy to known to exist was released on DVD a few years ago.
I think it may have been from the personal collection of Gene Simmons of KISS,
who had it recorded because KISS was on that show.

Here is a good article about video-wiping since the late 1950's,and some of the famous shows
that are thought gone forever because of the practice which still occured right up into the 1970's before video-tape became cheaper.

I'm aware of video wiping, I was strictly referring to the many master copies of fights from both before and after the induction of VCR recorders. I simply meant VCR recorders are not the be all and end all of available fights.
