I know this has raised debate before but Shane McGuigan says he is at 3% body fat.

8stone 10lbs .. s-bantam
Great shape. As you would expect from any new proffesional with ambition .. Tyson Fury take note
I seriously doubt the 3% body fat .. no active boxer .. or sports person would be healthy having such a low percentage imo

He looks good but it is boxing and not body building, BFP do not count when the fight is on.

Looks in great shape and fair play to him!
However he is not 3%, Nicky MacDonald is the most ripped boxer I have EVER seen when he hits 54kg and he was 5% I think! The lowest the guys at Sheffield had ever seen that was for sure! You could see every vein in his body!
Good luck in the future too Mr Frampton..

I just think he is better in less fights than what I seen off Quigg. But appreciate your opinion as used to enjoy your fights on sky!

Very impressive condition indeed. Good to see a young fighter with that kind of dedication.

Great condition that, maybe just a little top heavy for my liking though, as someone else said remember this is boxing not a muscle contest. Good luck to the fella though!

Turley is better than his record suggests, but in all honesty its a backward step from Gary Reid. It should be a good showcase for Frampton - got to look spectacular tonight.
