Typical witter style. Theres a lot of things I like about Witters boxing, but not much I like about his whining.

He's probably still a bit bitter about never fighting Hatton too....
How do you rate his chances tonight?

He's just putting his name out there knowing that if he wins prizefighter and the Bradley fight isn't arranged then sky will get the 'homecoming' they were after against McCloskey against Witter. Gives Khan & Sky the chance to kiss and make up

haha, he needs to focus on tonight rather than big up potential showdowns because it certainly isn't in the bag for him by any stretch.
Can't wait to get there tonight now, i WANT Colin Lynes to win but Maachi has a real chance. 6:30 straight into VIP bar (I'm no VIP by the way, the missus treat me to a VIP ticket haha)
Woo hoo roll on tonight!
back to OP, every time witter speaks i can't help but get angry lol dunno why really......

Well that's a quite a strange response because Junior is a very pleasant, placid sort of chap. I cant really understand why anyone would get aggravated by him.
and i dont' think he is bitter about Hatton dodging him. he talks about it with a lot less resentment than a lot of people would - that fight could have made him a multi-millionaire! (but let's not go over old ground)

Dan, this may well be true, I have never had a face to face dialogue with the man, only seen and read interviews, and thats the impression I take away about the bitterness

I saw the prizefighter build up show, and he does look alot sharper than he did in the build up for his fight in Canada. When I saw training footage of him there - it had a Ali vs Holmes look about it.
Nothing personal against him, but I hope he loses and retires - for his health. He is really damaging his reputation by losing so badly in his recent fights.

I always got the impression that the bitterness was from Brendan Ingle rather than from Junior himself.
I felt his career was handled badly. Instead of focussing on building his profile, they constantly slagged off Hatton and I think in the end, all the badmouthing made Hatton think that he shouldn't be giving Jr a payday.

Junior's never had a high-profile pay day.
He will be fighting for a while yet I imagine.
He's lost 3 of his last 4 fights.
