Tom should be giving credit for taking this fight when other turn it down, It shows he a real fighter not a fighter in name only.

Plenty of credit from me, he must see it as a big opportunity and is gonna try and grab it
Wouldn't run down anyone for turning it down though. Everyone has their own plan and I imagine that doesn't include fighting an Olympic bronze medalist at short notice

I do respect him for taking the fight,but as ive said before hes an accident waiting to happen&hes getting Knocked out within 4rounds

Credit to Tom for taking this fight at such short notice,he didn't look to good last time but this is a great opportunity for him and lets see what he can do with it.

Price should rightly be the big favourite. But... his chin is still suspect from his amateur days, Dallas can bang, they're 'similar' in height/range, and Dallas should be fired up after a very poor performance against Page. Wonder how exactly their sparring together went recently. Should be worthwhile viewing, even if Dallas isn't 100%.

This will be a very fun fight while it lasts! And it'll be Hagler-Hearns compared to the prizefighter final I've just had to witness!

Fair play to Tom for taking this fight, if we got more fights like this on regularly then maybe people would stop bothering so much about 'unbeaten records' all the time.

Fighters can earn good money for fighting a string of below par opponents, Dallas is coming off the back of a poor performance and has agreed to mix it with one who is widely tipped to be one of the top prospects we have. Whatever happens, top marks to Dallas.

Theve done plenty of sparring together so he will know if he catches Price he will hurt him.

Why? He's fighting a top prospect on short notice and there's a good chance he'll lose his unbeaten record. It might not mean the end of the world, but it'll certainly be a setback. its a fair replacement.
however Dallas may get blasted out in 1...by which time we would all have re-examined his record....and maybe realised hes another scott belshaw....all of which will still leave Price totally untested.
the big tests out there are Rogan, Sexton, Sprott.

good fight, wont last that long but hopefully Dallas will test price chin and alot of people dont seem to think he has the best chin. think price will whether a early Dallas storm to stop him in the 3rd.

What gives? Anyone who saw the Page fight saw proof positive that Dallas is nowhere near ready for the likes of this. I don't care if their sparring sessions were mildly competitive, I can only see this fight ending one way and that's with Dallas being brutally KO'd.
Dallas is clearly in need of some more learning fights, more Zack Page level operators, until he shows improvement, then up the level of comp. This really does look as though he's being thrown to the wolves because his stock fell. Full credit to his bravery for accepting the fight, but this isn't another Groves/Degale, this seems almost sacrificial.

Juast becauase Tom struggled with Page it doesn't mean he is suddenly some china chinned welk who Price will breeze past.
Dallas is a tough fella. He never took a backwards step agains Price in their ABA Final despite being outclassed. Since then he has improved a lot.
Price is favourite and if betting it all goes on him but I would love to see Tom win this. I hope he goes out and lays it all on the line and tries to take Price out early.

Yep, it's a case of styles make fights again. Whilst I do think Price will win, saying Dallas has no chance because he struggled with Page makes no sense - sure he was made to look slow and clueless and should have lost the fight but Price is a completely different sort of opponent. Price can bang but then so can Dallas, and there are question marks about Price's chin.
