If you call that boxing you must be mad,I would rather give up this sport than paid to watch what was on tonight. That not boxing no wonder we get knock by other sports and reporters.

Same.

Good job I am at work, otherwise I probably would have watched it.

PrizeFighter is a great idea, it's not helped by some of the boxers selected to participate. They should find 8 bangers with glass jaws for the next one, now that would be entertaining.

Prizefighter is what it is, I can't say I'm a big fan of the format and tonight was a bit gash but seeing Witter fly out of the ring made up for it.

Anyone who thought el maachi- wittier would turn out any different is crazy. Horrible clash of styles there.

I said in a different post Prizefighter could end up by Pop Idol and got absolutely slated. Then Frank M says it was a pile of tosh and some people agree with him!

While agree that it wasnt the best final i did enjoy watching prizefighter.
But please dont critisize other peoples shows unless all of yours are non stop action and let me tell you, there not :witzend:

Also i have been reading in ESB that El Machi had a bet with you that he would beat Conception is this true

I don't mind prizefighter as it does get the casual fan interested and its a fresh format. I just don't like the midweek shows, always dread them as I either forget about it, consiously avoid it, or I'm totally knackered for work the next day. If I do stay up for it, the next morning I feel as if I've been in it :KO:

It should be all debutants. Pick a date 6 months in advance and start looking for talent now. £32,000 to one of those guys is GIGANTIC amount. Prizefigher - The Next Generation, I can see it lights already. The winner become an instant hit. Come on Eddie, make it happen.

Barry hearn said to me that they won't put on a journeyman one , & by the sounds prospect or novice one. It's a platform for established pros to get to or back to championship level. Bullshit! You put 8 first timers or experienced journeymen in & it would trump that shite all day long. Id love the chance to try & prove I'm the best journeymanin Britain
