Hitman, perhaps amazingly Nunn vs Curry was actually shown on Grandstand. Don't watch it, it is quite horrible (almost like Holmes vs Ali).
For Curry the fights I would recommend is his unification with Milton McCory - it was breif but really showed what a puncher he could be (remembering that McCory went the distance with Jones).
However, for a longer view of the great Curry - I recommend his fights with Starling (either one really), both guys were excellent fights. One of the fights (I think the rematch) has been on Sky a few years ago on the Superbouts show with Al Bernstein.
As for Nunn, then I'd recommend his match up with Frank Tate, Jaun Rolodan and Sambu Kalambay (remember Kalambay vs Pyatt).

Watch him vs Mike McCallum.

Curry vs McCallum is a good fight.
His fight against the heavily hyped Nino Larocca(the italian ali) is also worth getting.

Yes I remember watching him outclass LaRocca on Italian TV.
His sensational knockout of McCrory had people talking about him moving up and taking on Hagler - he looked that good.
He was his usual punch perfect self in stopping Colin Jones too, though it ended on a terrible cut.
The McCallum fight is certainly worth getting, he gave Mike all the trouble in the world untill that amazing left hook crashed home. I just read a McCallum interview where he says Curry was the best fighter he ever faced.

You could throw in the one round KO of Roger Stafford for a very quick sample. The fights mentioned were all good. McCrory and LaRocca were my personal favorites.

Watch both Starling and the Viruet fights for the best Curry. After a while Don became deeply enamored with his power and relied less and less on the diverse arsenal that had made him successful to start with. He became more of a seek-and-destroy stalker-type fighter who looked to take his foes out with single power shots. You can even see this in the McCrory fight. Of course this abandonment of overall technique eventually caught-up with him and cut a potentially great career short.

He chopped up the really tough Colin Jones pretty efficiently..
At the time I thought Curry was going to be the one who would finally take Marvin Hagler ...but I sure didn't work out that way..
Curry was a lot like Mike Tyson in the sense that he looked really spectacular for a short time ...
But he pretty much fell apart after his first defeat and was never the same...

What was the height of Nino Larocca?

LaRocca was about three feet tall sitting in a heap in the corner after Curry clobbered him.

He also did a number on Elio Diaz one of those WBA number 1 contender types from Venezuela who had a leingthy inflated knockout record ...
Diaz may have actually been pretty good but we will never know because Curry really wrecked him...

Yes, Elio Diaz was a hot-air baloon that Curry punctured with ease. The WBA was notorious for coming up with this Latin American Number 1 ranked contenders who then dissapeared as soon and as mysteriously as they had shown up in the first place.

They also liked to favor South Africans during this period where most of the sporting world shunned the aparthied government The WBA and Bob Arum embraced them remember Harold Volbrecht he was the WBA number 1 contender for a good stretch in the 80s..

The fight in which Curry won the title was very good ...against a very tough Korean named Hwang I believe, who actually managed to hurt Don at times and stood toe to toe with him. When Honeyghan beat Curry, the cobra was considered by many the best boxer pound for pound in the world.... he was never the same fighter after his loss to Loyd.
