So who do you feel should be in the International Boxing Hall of Fame?
Sung Kil Moon seems to be missing out, he only fought 22 times but 15 of those were world title fight, In which he was 13-2. He never fought a guy with a losing record. Defeated 6 boxers that held world titles.
