Still no mention of the full card on here. Its only showing the Brook V N'Dou, Reed V Reid & Jennings V Truman with Kid Galahad, Josh Wale & Richard Towers on the undercard meeting the infamous TBA. Although I have read somewhere else that Towers will be meeting Ismael Abdoul. Just seems very little information about when the card is only a few days away.

Towers v the incredibly dull but durable Ismail Abdoul:

Never mind teak, this chap is mahogany-tough.

Josh Wale is off as he has left Tommy Gilmour and signed a management deal with Carl Greaves and a promotion contract with Frank Maloney.

Adnan Amar returns to action.

Galahad has a thumb injury, i believe, but will be back soon. They tried to get Page for Richie Towers but couldn't agree terms, i think. Abdoul will give him a tough run-out though and some rounds in the bank no doubt

Think Ryan Aston is having his first pro fight on the undercard.

Yeah, spoke to Kid Galahad last night (though I call him the rather less Arthurian 'Barry') and he snapped a tendon in his left thumb.

Hopes to be back on the undercard of Chisora v Fury. Should be fighting for some kind of title soon, if not then, simply because if you 9st or less and go a few unbeaten these days, you're in the mix for something.

Looking forward to seeing Adnan 'The Enigma' Amar back in action.

Very disappointing this not having Towers v Page as it was the only interesting and evenly matched fight on the card. There was a good chance big Richard could have been beat in this fight, we would at least have got to compare him against Fury and Dallas.

How comes Maloney and Hennessey could make the match without any difficulties ?

Page seems the type who doesn't turn fights down.

. Well without sounding flippant, he really did turn this one down. After his showing against Dallas his fee and other requirements have increased significantly. Maybe next time ...

And rightly so ! He now has value over here.

The extra needed to be paid because the card is not that good.

I am thinking that myself. The show is supposed to start at 7. But with the small card it looks like there could be some big gaps between fights.

I dunno might. Normally I'd say yes but Brook should be on before 9 so they might rattle through a few.

a snapped tendon always needs surgery, it would mean at least 6 months out. definately. if he is fighting on the fury undercard then the tendon is not snapped. no way.

I know that's what I thought (and said). Mustn't be snapped then. He's got some kind of cast on it.
