Nicki wants to fight on the dennis hobson show on the 29th. July at. Don valley stadium, he is desperate to get back in the ring and box more regular to get another shot at a title,after getting encouraging words from jonny nelson and the rest of the sky team and from members on ere he now knows what he as to do to get to the top,

ill be glad to see him back, he boxed well last time, with a faster start he could have taken the decision.

Good stuff. He has a lot of talent and regular fights will allow him to concentrate and harness that talent!!

what about trying to get him in with young muttley or kevin mcintyre at best

or paul burns or scott haywood or mark lloyd at worst.

always difficult to make matches, but with a months notice something should be able to be sorted, time to pay a few more quid and get better opponents. if nicky wants to move forward now he should be performing well against the likes of muttley, gavin proved that in and out tactics are the best to beat muttley, so long as he cant get his big shots off he is not a danger. muttley is the fight i would like to see next, muttley will think he can win, thats the type of opponent you need.

Can you go for a bill topping 'central area belt' ?

I have this card pencilled in anyway if Nicki fights that is a bonus.

Yes his my friend great to see him out again

I thought he boxed well in his last fight and got better as the rounds went on. Quicker start and he would have won it. Look forward to seeing him out again.

nicki is moving down to lightweight if he fights for a title, as making light welter was easy for him, and when we looked at him at 140 wwe could see he still had enough on him to drop down to light weight,he told me he was 10st5 this morning and that's not watchin his diet,there are some great fights for him at that weight

I think its definitely worth getting him back in with a decent level Brit operator now is the time to keep up the level of opposition and the rankings and fights for titles will come.

I agree and were on about it today with him, he wants good fights now as u can see with us getting nigel wright,not many would take a fight with him after been out 2 years,and if he was offered that fight again nicki wuld jump at it as he knows now what he can do,if he had had that little more belief in him self he wud have won it

hope nikki makes lightweight as he did make lght welter quite easaly. ope to see him in title fights soon as. as he is more than caperble ov winning them now he knows he can compete at the top level. very nice lad nd not big headed ad the privelide to be in the gym with him nd his dad chris for years. good luk for the future nikki nd see u soon mate from all at steel city gym.
