I fell sorry for Calzaghe, he could of been a top p 4 p fighter if he had his career managed differently.

What makes Calzaghe think at Light heavy will be any different from supermiddle

I am with Loftgroov on this one, but I wasn't surprised to see RJJ get the nod

very close fight,hard to score,suppose it could of gone either way.

I had it a draw, in which case Tarver would have retained all his titles. Close fight though, didn't feel Jones did enough to reclaim his titles.

i had jones one round up,but it would have been just as easy to of had tarver winning,all depends on how u saw it.tarver wasnt robbed though it wasnt a bad decision.

See how easy it is to get people off the subject of Calzaghe.

People have heard his new year intentions all before.

People are fed up with him.

i aint sick of joe,i think he is now at the peak of his career and 2004 will be a great year for him.

I know from first hand experience that Joe is a really nice guy. He is surprisingly down-to-earth and open when you speak to him. He comes across quite poorly on the TV cameras in contrast.
I think a lot of the reason Joe attracts criticism is out of sheer frustration. Let's face it, he is better than his WBO title. We all know that. For once, allegedly's decision to opt for WBO and WBU titles for his men has blown up on his face. I well remember the WBC musical chairs from the 90's, with Vincenzo Nardiello, Robin Reid, Sugarboy Malinga, Richie Woodhall, Markus Beyer, Glenn Datley, Dingaan Thobela, Davey Hilton, Eric Lucas and co. taking turns to lose the title quickly. There's no doubt if Joe had won that WBC title around the same time as he beat Eubank, he would be absolutely massive now.

I have alot of sympathy for Joe, we are all frustrated waiting for him to get his big shot, so you can imagine how he feels.

Not too much sympathy mind, he doesn't have to sit in front of this cowing screen for 37 hours a week for a pittance

Yep i feel for Joe...Quality fighter with less than quality management.
